QFD(Quality Furetion Deployment)已经很成功的用在单产品的设计中,通过将客户的需求转化成产品的技术特性,进而完成产品的设计,然而QFD设计思想却并没有被应用到系列产品的设计中,也很少被用来为产品平台的建立服务。另一方面,环境问题越来越严重,在产品设计过程中也亟需绿色设计方法的出现。因此,文章提出了一个改进的QFDE(Quality Furetion Deployment Environment)方法,该方法通过分析不同市场细分中顾客和环境需求的差别,来进行产品零部件多样性程度的求解,最终从零部件和模块的角度完成产品平台的建立。并且以空调室内机为例对该方法进行了分析和验证。

Finally, Complete the product platform from the perspective of the establishment. Taking the air conditioner indoor unit as an example, this method is analyzed and verified.
