某厂生产的某型农用三轮车用户反映车架易断裂,作者对该车车架进行了动态特性测试。 在车架上设40个测点,用锤击法(输入为力,输出为加速度)。经SD-375动态数据分析仪求得频响函数并经HP9816用SMS公司的SAS3.0软件识别出模态参数(见表1)。 为检验测试的可靠性,作者同时用正弦法进行测试(“1172”频响函数分析仪),其结果与锤击法基本吻合(见表2),说明测试精度较高。
A certain type of agricultural tricycle users produced by a factory reflected that the frame is easy to break, and the author carried out the dynamic characteristic test on the frame of the car. Set 40 measuring points on the frame, with the hammer method (input as force, the output is acceleration). After the SD-375 dynamic data analyzer to obtain the frequency response function and by HP9816 using SMS SAS3.0 software to identify modal parameters (see Table 1). In order to test the reliability of the test, the author also uses the sine method to carry on the test (“1172” frequency response function analyzer), the result is basically consistent with the hammering method (see Table 2), indicating that the test accuracy is high.
