Objective: To explore the relationship between subjective well-being and quality of life of caregivers in patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and to provide theoretical support for the intervention study of caregivers in AD patients. METHODS: A total of 200 patient caregivers were surveyed using the Health Surveys Scale (SF-36) and General Wellbeing Scale (GWB). Results: (1) The scores of quality of life in AD patients were significantly different from those in the norm. The physical function, physical function, physical pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health (t = 11.463, -12.487, -36.390, -10.801, -9.658, -25.556, -5.584, -13.298, respectively; P <0.001) was significantly lower than that of the norm. (2) The patients with AD in different children had significant differences in physiological function and physiological function , Total health, vitality, social function and emotional function (t = -2.534, -7.205, -3.177, -3.397, -4.277, -4.591, P <0.001) (P <0.001), and subjective well-being score (t = -2.613, P <0.05); (3) Subjective well-being score and quality of life score, physiological function, physiological function, emotional function, (R = 0.446,0.591,0.553,0.284,0.760; P <0.01). (4) Subjective well-being score can significantly predict the total score of quality of life scale (F = 49.168, P <0.001). Conclusion: (1) The quality of life of AD patients is lower than the national level; different children are the factors affecting the quality of life and subjective well-being of caregivers of AD patients; (2) The stronger the subjective well-being, the quality of life of caregivers The higher the level.
