介绍了以改性氧化钛为载体的LAs 1型加氢脱砷催化剂的脱砷活性、原料适应性、砷容量、2 10 0h寿命试验以及工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,该催化剂适用于石脑油、柴油等原料的加氢脱砷 ,砷容量大于 10 % ,在氢分压 2 .8MPa ,空速 3 .0h- 1 ,反应温度 190℃条件下 ,脱砷率大于 99.4% ,生成油砷含量小于 1ng/g ,2 10 0h寿命试验后 ,催化剂温升仅 5℃ ,折合提温速度为 0 .0 5 7℃ /d ,催化剂平均碳含量 1.3 % ,机械强度 112N/cm。
The effects of arsenic removal, raw material adaptability, arsenic capacity, life test at 210h and process conditions on the performance of catalysts were introduced with modified titanium oxide as catalyst.
