随着人民生活水平的提高,对冬春蔬菜品种多样化的要求日益迫切。北京市近年来调入蔬菜品种,数量有很大增长,但仍未能满足需求。果菜类的秋后贮藏可延长上市期调剂元旦前市场需要,成为生产发展的新课题。1982年京郊秋大棚番茄生产发展,由于生长季节气温限制,果实不能充分成熟,必须经过贮藏陆续上市。为满足生产发展的需要,我所根据1979年始开展的番茄不同品种耐贮藏性
With the improvement of people’s living standards, the requirements for the diversification of winter and spring vegetable varieties are increasingly urgent. In recent years, Beijing transferred a number of vegetable varieties, a great increase in the number, but still can not meet the demand. The autumn storage of fruits and vegetables can prolong the market demand before the New Year’s Day during the listing period and become a new issue of production and development.
