一、问题的提出在中国长期的应试教育体制下,评价中学教学质量和学习水平高低的标准就是中、高考的升学率。在平时的英语教学中,多数教师为了达成考试目标而过多倚重于量化评价,对学生的评价以纸笔测验为主要方式。在这种评价标准下,一部分学生由于不能适应而成为这种评价方式的“牺牲品”。《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要》在关于人才培养体制改革中提出:“必须改革教育质量评价和人才评价制度,改进教育教学评价。”事实上,真正决定我们评价方式与评价行为的关键
