我局采取灵活多样的形式开展档案干部培训工作,收到了良好的效果。主要做法有以下两点: 一、开展档案业务研讨活动,兴研究之风。过去,我们许多同志,尤其是局馆长们,只善于做具体业务工作,不擅长和不习惯搞档案业务研究。因而,指导思想,工作方法,专业水平都很难跟上档案事业发展的需要。针对这种情况,为了促进大家学业务、钻业务,不断扩大知识面,提高工作能力和专业理论水平,1989年,我局成立了以局领导为组长、以馆员为骨干的档案业务研讨小组,每两个月开展一次活动。每次活动先由小组长拟定讨论的题目,大家分头准备发言材料,然后,再召开会议集中交流、研讨。每次研讨的问题,我们坚持做到了“四结合”,即:同学习五门档案专业课结合起来;同贯彻落实上级档案行政管理部门的指示、规定结合起来;同实际工作结合起来;同大家现有的专业水平结合起来。至今这类活动已开展了8次,大家普遍反映较好。目前,在我局领导带头学业务、钻业务,带头搞理论研究巳蔚然成风。二、组织全区局长协作会。开始,我们对组织这项活动存在一些顾虑。一是不知道局长们拥护不拥护,
