Itk (IL-2-mediated T-cell kinase) is a member of the non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase Tec family, which is mainly expressed in T cells, mast cells and human natural killer cells in T cell signal transduction Plays an important role in the process of its differentiation, proliferation, activation and so have a significant impact, and plays an important role in the Th2 response, in particular Itk tyrosine phosphorylation and interaction with other signaling molecules is Cell signal transduction can not be ignored in the process. To understand its location in the cell and its regulation mechanism, it can provide basic research for the target of the drug in the future, and then control the expression of Itk, finally affecting the outcome of inflammatory diseases. This article describes the role of Itk in T cell proliferation and its impact on the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
