在炉料中常遇到有诸如Pb或Zn等有色金属,它们之中的一部份将不可避免地要保留在液态铸铁中,从而使铸铁的铸造性能、机械性能以及铸件的金相组织发生变化。在罗斯托夫农业机械厂可锻铸铁车间里,人们研究了含Pb或Zn0.05~0.15%对铸铁组织及性能的影响。铸铁系冲天炉-电弧炉双联熔炼,炉料为:炼钢生铁14~15%废钢40~45%,回炉铁38~41%和45Fesi3.5~4%。炼制的铸铁化学成份为(按重量百分比%):C2.21~2.26,Si1.39~1.47,Mn 0.5~0.54, S0.193~0.207, P0.08~0.09,Cr<0.05。冲天炉出铁温度为1440~1460℃,电弧炉出炉温度为1540~156Q℃,铸铁于 1430~1450℃范围内浇注。

Cast iron cupola - electric arc furnace double melting, charging: steel scrap 14 ~ 15% scrap 40 ~ 45%, 38 ~ 41% iron and 45Fesi 3.5 ~ 4%. Refined cast iron chemical composition (by weight percent): C2.21 ~ 2.26, Si1.39 ~ 1.47, Mn0.5 ~ 0.54, S0.193 ~ 0.207, P0.08 ~ 0.09, Cr <0.05. Cupola tapping temperature of 1440 ~ 1460 ℃, electric furnace temperature of 1540 ~ 156Q ℃, cast iron in the range of 1430 ~ 1450 ℃ pouring.
