针对麻花钻钻削过程,结合锥面刃磨法的原理,利用DEFORM-3D软件建立了麻花钻钻削的三维有限元模型,并通过计算钻尖横刃斜角和外缘后角的值,验证了该模型符合实际中使用的标准麻花钻钻尖形状。用该模型仿真麻花钻的钻削加工过程,分析了在钻削过程中,麻花钻的轴向力、扭矩和温度的变化情况,并用经验公式来检验仿真结果的可行性,为麻花钻在实际的加工过程中预测和优化工艺参数提供了依据和基础。
According to the principle of taper sharpening, the three-dimensional finite element model of twist drill was established by using DEFORM-3D software. By calculating the value of the bevel angle of the chisel edge and the clearance angle, The model was verified to be in line with the standard twist drill tip shape used in practice. The model was used to simulate the drilling process of twist drill. The changes of axial force, torque and temperature of twist drill during drilling were analyzed. The feasibility of the simulation results was verified by empirical formula. The process of forecasting and optimizing process parameters provide the basis and foundation.
