文章运用中国综合社会调查2006年数据,基于夏普里值过程的回归分解方法,对我国劳动力市场上工资收入差距的决定因素进行了系统的实证研究。研究发现,教育人力资本是导致工资收入差距的最重要因素,其对不平等程度的贡献达到了37.47%;地区、性别和行业因素仅次于教育,成为导致工资收入分配不平等的重要因素;职业类型、单位所有制和社会关系是控制工资收入差距不容忽视的因素;而单位规模、户籍和工作经验对不平等程度的贡献则几乎可以忽略不计。另外,工资收入差距的决定因素在东部和中西部地区存在巨大差异。
Based on the 2006 China Comprehensive Social Survey data and the regression decomposition method based on the Sharply value process, this paper systematically studies the determinants of the wage income disparity in the labor market in our country. The study found that the education of human capital is the most important factor leading to the wage income gap, which contributes 37.47% of the inequality; the region, gender and industry are the second most important factor in education, which has become an important factor that leads to the inequality of wage income distribution; The types of occupations, unit ownership and social relations are factors that can not be ignored in controlling the wage income gap. The contribution of unit size, household registration and work experience to inequality is almost negligible. In addition, the determinants of wage income disparity vary widely across the eastern and central and western regions.
