研究了热处理制度对 0 Cr1 3 Ni8Mo2 Al钢微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,含有高密度位错的板条马氏体及与基体共格的细小弥散分布的β- Ni Al沉淀析出是该钢具有高强度的主要原因。 5 3 0℃左右时效强度达到峰值 ,5 1 0℃左右时效冲击韧性处于谷值。时效过程中合金的脆性与残余奥氏体的分解无关
The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of 0 Cr1 3 Ni8Mo2 Al steel was studied. The results show that the lath martensite containing high density dislocations and the precipitation of β-Ni Al precipitates which are small and dispersed with the matrix are the main reasons for the high strength of the steel. Aging strength of about 5 3 0 ℃ peak, about 5 1 0 ℃ aging impact toughness in the valley. The brittleness of the alloy during aging has nothing to do with the decomposition of retained austenite
