随着医疗事业发展规模的不断壮大,医疗体制改革的不断深入,公立医院的绩效工资考核制度也被提上了日程。我国国务院就这项制度推出了进行改革的文件:《关于公立医院改革试点的指导意见》要求建立以公益性为核心的公立医院绩效考核的管理制度,改变原先公立医院法人治理机制,而《2011年公立医院改革试点工作安排》更是对公立医院的绩效考核制度提出了新的要求,因此,要推动医院向着科学化、技术化以及人性化的方向发展,就必须建立公立医院绩效考核制度,才能够保证医院朝着可持续发展的方向迈步。

However, “2011 Year PUBLIC HOSPITAL Pilot Work Arrangement ”put forward new requirements on the performance evaluation system of public hospitals. Therefore, to promote the development of hospitals toward science, technology and humanity, it is necessary to establish the performance evaluation system of public hospitals, Can guarantee the hospital move in the direction of sustainable development.
