目的了解茂名地区放射工作人员血液指标健康状态,为职业健康评价及放射防护管理工作提供科学依据。方法对茂名地区从事放射作业人员591人,进行全面健康体检,统计分析实验室检查的血液各项指标结果,并与126名非放射作业健康人员作对照。结果放射工作人员白细胞总数低于对照组(P<0.05),淋巴细胞微核率高于对照组(P<0.01),微核率随着工龄的增加而增加,介入治疗工种的白细胞异常检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量辐射对放射作业人员造血系统造成的损害主要表现为白细胞减低和淋巴细胞微核率升高。进一步加强放射工作人员的防护措施尤为必要。
Objective To understand the health status of blood parameters of radiation workers in Maoming and provide scientific basis for occupational health evaluation and radiation protection management. Methods A total of 591 radiological workers in Maoming area were enrolled in this study. The results of various laboratory tests were statistically analyzed and compared with 126 healthy non-radiation workers. Results The total number of leukocytes in radiation workers was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the micronucleus rate of lymphocytes was higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). The micronucleus rate increased with the increase of service life, Rate was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The damage caused by low-dose radiation to the hematopoietic system of radiation workers is mainly manifested as leukopenia and micronuclei of lymphocytes increased. It is especially necessary to further strengthen the protective measures for radiation workers.
