目的:从分子水平观察愈创营养油对大鼠缺损创面的修复机理。方法:45只背部造成开放性皮缺损创面的大鼠,随机区组分为空白对照组(A组)外敷生理盐水、VEGF的明胶海绵(B组)外敷组外敷、愈创营养油组(C组)涂抹愈创营养油。观察创面愈合时间、毛细血管截面面数密度(NA)及造模后第3、7、14天用RT-PCR的方法检测VEGFmRNA。结果:愈创营养油组愈合时间最短,优于其他各组,与模型组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),且愈创营养油组7天毛细血管截面面数密度对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<001),在3天和7天VEGFmRNA的表达各组间均有显著性差异,以愈创营养油组表达最好,而14天各组间则没有差异。结论:C组最好,它的作用机制可能是愈创营养油应用后产生的VEGF能明显促进上皮生长、创面愈合。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the repair mechanism of wound healing with wound healing in rats on the molecular level. Its mechanism of action may be that the VEGF produced after the healing of nutraceuticals can significantly promote epithelial growth and wound healing.
