总结导航辅助下经皮椎弓根系统内固定术手术配合与护理效果，为提高手术成功率。脊柱手术难度大，危险性高，要确保此类手术的成功，要求手术人员有熟练的操作技能，充分的心理准备和手术器械的准备。为进一步减少医师及患者在术中受到的辐射伤害，我科主任将导航技术应用于该术式，在导航系统的引导下完成最重要的植入椎弓根钉过程，大幅度的减少了透视时间，并提高了植钉过程的精准度，为此，精确的手术护理与配合，也是手术成功的保障。现将导航辅助下经皮椎弓根系统内固定术手术配合与护理体会报告如下。“,”Summary navigation assisted percutaneous transpedicular screw system internal fixation operation cooperation and nursing ef ect,to improve the success rate of operation,reduce operation complication to provide security.My department director wil be applied to the surgical navigation technology,in the navigation system guided implantation of pedicle of the most important nail process, greatly reducing fluoroscopy time,and improve the accuracy of the implant process,therefore,operation and nursing care with the precision,but also can ensure the success of operation.
