日本长期以来制造商与分销商之间建立了稳定的、排他性的关系,在分销体系中牢牢把握了主导权,因此日本的分销体系以复杂、多层次、低效率和排他性而闻名,而日本的消费者不得不承担昂贵的流通成本。20世纪90年代以来,随着流通政策导向的改变、经济低迷、流通现代化的热潮出现以及消费者消费习惯的改变,日本分销体系经历了变革。本文拟在分析原有分销体系特点的基础上,对此次日本分销体系变革的过程、特点以及趋势进行系统的分析。
Japan has long established a stable and exclusive relationship between manufacturers and distributors and has firmly held the dominant position in the distribution system. Japan’s distribution system is therefore known for its complexity, multi-level, inefficiency and exclusivity. Japan, meanwhile, Of consumers have to bear the expensive circulation costs. Since the 90s of the 20th century, Japan’s distribution system has undergone a change with the change of the orientation of the circulation policy, the economic downturn, the emergence of an upsurge of the modern circulation and changes in consumer spending habits. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the original distribution system, this article systematically analyzes the process, characteristics and trends of the reform of Japan’s distribution system.
