为了让青年教师尽快走向成熟,近年来,许多学校开展了大练教学基本功的活动,并取得了可喜的收获,一大批青年教师脱颖而出,挑起了学校教学工作的大梁;但是也有不少青年教师由于各种主客观原因,特别是由于缺乏良好的心理状态,对“练”的兴趣不大,信心不足,情绪不高。因此,分析研究青年教师“练功”的心理障碍及其产生原因,采取有效的对策加以排除,对于加快教师队伍建设,无疑有着重要的现实意义。
