甩负荷试验是考核机组调节系统及其配套设备动态特性的最直接手段,通过比较哈尔滨汽轮机厂1 000 MW超超临界汽轮机组与常规火电机组在甩负荷功能,以及转速控制方面各自的特点,对该机组甩负荷试验的准备工作、试验过程以及试验结果进行阐述。并结合该1 000 MW机组甩负荷后DEH(数字电液控制系统)的控制回路切换的特点,分析了机组在首次甩50%负荷试验中出现异常情况的原因,凸显了控制回路切换功能在甩负荷试验中的重要作用,以期为同型机组甩负荷试验提供参考依据。
The load rejection test is the most direct measure of the dynamic characteristics of the unit regulation system and its ancillary equipment.
