为降低城市轨道交通项目的建设费用和开通后的运营成本,解决目前城市轨道交通机电设备、备品备件严重依赖进口的局面,我国相继制定和颁布了轨道交通建设的国产化政策和措施。其中机电设备国产化工作的重点是车辆和信号系统。阐述了城市轨道交通建设中信号系统国产化的现有状况,进而介绍了分别采用FZL型准移动闭塞系统和LCF-300型CBTC(基于无线通信的列车控制)系统实现信号系统全部国产化的方案,并从技术先进水平及实施难易程度等方面对这两种方案进行比较。针对现有国产信号系统,提出了具体实施步骤。
