目的 评估SureSight手持式自动验光仪检查结果的准确性和重复性。方法 对110例患者(男49人,女61人,年龄8~64岁,平均30.08±15.82岁)共219只眼,按年龄分为四组(A组7~15岁,58眼;B组16~30岁,59眼;C组31~45岁,58眼;D组≥46岁,45眼)进行非调节麻痹状态下的屈光状态检查,分别由三位视光师独立进行主观综合验光、SureSight客观自动验光和Topcon客观自动验光检查,SureSight客观自动验光的检查取8次自动测量的平均值,且每例均连续测量三次。将检查结果的球镜度数、柱镜度数、等效球镜度数、J_0值和J_(45)值进行配对t检验、单因素方差分析和偏差值的频数分析。结果 三种方法检查所得的球镜度数和等效球镜度数之间有显著性差异(P=0.000),SureSight客观自动验光结果较主观综合验光轻度偏负(球镜度数-0.42±0.55D,等效球镜度数--0.49±0.55D),球镜度数偏差在±0.25D范围内的占总眼数的40.64%,在±0.50D以内的占60.73%。Topcon自动验光仪较主观综合验光编差为球镜度数-0.89±0.44D,等效球镜度数-0.92±0.44D,球镜度数偏差在±0.25D范围内的占总眼数的5.94%。三种方法检查所得的柱镜度数和散光矢量值J_0、J_(45)之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。SureSight自动验光结果相对主观综合验光结果的偏差与年龄呈不显著负相
Purpose To evaluate the accuracy and repeatability of the SureSight Handheld Auto-Refractometer. Methods Totally 219 eyes of 110 patients (49 males and 61 females, aged 8-64 years with an average of 30.08 ± 15.82 years) were divided into four groups according to their ages (group A, aged 7-15 and 58 years; group B 16 to 30 years old, 59 eyes; C group 31 to 45 years old, 58 eyes; D group ≥46 years, 45 eyes) underwent non-adjusted paralysis state of refraction, respectively, by the three optometrists independent subjective synthesis Optometry, SureSight Objective Automated Optometry and Topcon Objective Automated Optometry, SureSight Objective Automated Optometry took the average of eight automated measurements and each case was measured three times in a row. The results of the spherical power, the degree of cylinder, the equivalent spherical power, J_0 value and J_ (45) values were paired t-test, one-way analysis of variance and frequency deviation analysis. Results There was a significant difference (P = 0.000) between the spherical degree and the spherical equivalent measured by the three methods. The objective autoimmune results of SureSight were slightly more negative than the subjective comprehensive optometry (the spherical degree was -0.42 ± 0.55D , The equivalent spherical power - 0.49 ± 0.55D), spherical degree of deviation in the range of ± 0.25D 40.64% of the total number of eyes, within ± 0.50D accounted for 60.73%. Topcon autorefractor than the subjective comprehensive optometry weighed spherical power of -0.89 ± 0.44D, equivalent spherical power of -0.92 ± 0.44D, spherical power deviation within the range of ± 0.25D accounted for 5.94% of the total number of eyes.
