目的 :对角膜塑型术 (Orthokeratology ,OK镜 )治疗中患者出现的重影现象进行初步分析。方法 :观察随访 3～ 32周的OK镜治疗者 94例 186眼。记录主诉及问卷表 ,常规眼科检查 (包括远近视力、屈光、眼压、裂隙灯及角膜地形图等检查 ) ,对治疗过程中出现较多的重影现象作一重点分析。结果 :本组病例裸眼远视力达 0 .8以上者 ,治疗中曾先后或持续出现不同程度的视物重影 (伪影 )现象有 5 6例 ,占 5 8%。随着视力的不断提高及适当进行一些操作调整 ,部分重影随即减轻或消退。出现重影主要与镜片中心定位、视力恢复情况及治疗前屈光程度等因素有关。观察结果表明 ,OK镜能使远视力迅速提高 ,但常可伴发其它异常视觉现象 ,影响视觉效果 ,其中重影是一常见原因。结论 :OK镜虽可提高远视力 ,但治疗过程中所存在的视觉质量问题 ,值得关注。
OBJECTIVE: To carry out a preliminary analysis of ghosting in patients undergoing orthokeratology (Orthokeratology, OK) treatment. Methods: A total of 186 eyes of 94 patients with OK mirror who were followed up for 3 ~ 32 weeks were observed. Record the main complaint and questionnaire, routine ophthalmological examination (including near and far vision, refractive, intraocular pressure, slit lamp and corneal topography and other tests), the treatment process more ghosting for a focused analysis. Results: In this group of patients with uncorrected visual acuity of more than 0.8, 56 cases (58%) had visual acuity (artifacts) successively or continuously in the treatment. As visual acuity continues to improve and some adjustments are made as appropriate, part of the ghosting then lightens or dissipates. Occurrence of ghosting mainly with the lens center location, visual acuity and refractive status before treatment and other factors. Observations show that, OK mirror can make far-vision increased rapidly, but often associated with other abnormal visual phenomena, affecting visual effects, including ghosting is a common cause. Conclusion: Although OK lens can improve the far vision, but the visual quality problems in the course of treatment is worth attention.
