近几年,在全面深化卫生服务体制改革的社会形势下,医院综合服务工作的开展受到社会的广泛关注,如何围绕医院中心工作、为推进医院的持续健康发展开展工会工作、加强工会管理,逐渐发展成为医院工会管理亟须解决的问题。本文在简要论述了新社会形势赋予医院工会组织新任务的基础上,对如何提升医院工会管理水平进行了深入探究,希望能够为医院工会管理工作的开展提供相应的支持和借鉴,切实推进医院持续健康发展。
In recent years, comprehensively deepening the reform of the health service system in the social situation, the development of comprehensive hospital services by the community wide attention, how to work around the center of the hospital, to promote the sustained and healthy development of the hospital to carry out trade unions, to strengthen trade union management, and gradually The development of hospital union management urgently needs to be solved.
