在计算非对称式卷板机工作辊挠度时,第一步是对各辊受力值大小的确定。且该力值也是确定各工作辊直径大小的依据。但长期以来,只是以苏联莫施宁所著的《弯卷机和矫正机》一书为依据进行计算的。其计算结果与实际情况产生数倍的误差,且生产出的设备达不到设计时的工作精度要求。为此,本文对非对称式三辊卷板机各工作辊在实际工作中的受力情况进行了分析。列出了一系列方程,通过计算机计算出工作辊受力所用的参数。并通过具体实例给出计算结果。
The first step in calculating the deflection of a work roll of an asymmetrical plate bending machine is to determine the magnitude of the force applied to each roller. And the force value is also to determine the size of the work roll diameter basis. For a long time, however, it was only based on the book “Bending and straightening machines” written by the Soviet Mosschining. The calculation results and the actual situation produce several times the error, and the production of the equipment can not meet the design requirements of the work accuracy. For this reason, this paper analyzes the stress of each work roll of asymmetric three-roll plate bending machine in practical work. Lists a series of equations that compute the parameters used to apply work roll forces. The calculation results are given through concrete examples.
