民间组织的管理创新和党的领导方式与执政方式的转变密切相关,它的发展既是体制改革的结果,又是社会发展的环节和支撑。通过对上海民间组织发展状况的考察,本文从民间组织管理创新的战略定位、指导思想和管理体系,以及推进民间组织现代化、规范化与国际化发展等方面,探讨了在党的领导方式和执政方式转变的情况下,积极开拓民间组织管理的思路与建议。
The management innovation of the non-governmental organizations is closely related to the change of the party’s leadership style and the way of governing. Its development is not only the result of the system reform, but also the link and support of social development. Through the investigation of the development of Shanghai’s non-governmental organizations, this article explores the ways in which the leadership and governance of the party are governed by the strategic positioning, guiding ideology and management system of the non-governmental organizations in managing innovation, as well as the promotion of the modernization, standardization and internationalization of non-governmental organizations. Under the circumstance of changing, we should actively explore the ideas and suggestions of non-government organizations management.
