根据短流程熔炼工艺特点,采用热分析、金相分析、断口分析和力学性能测试等手段,对短流程熔炼工艺的过热温度与保温时间对铁水质量的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,短流程熔炼过热温度在1510~1540℃,保温时间10~15min时,通过改变热力学和动力学条件,可以得到相对纯净的高质量的铁液,最大限度地消除高炉铁液的遗传因素影响。
According to the characteristics of short-flow smelting process, the effects of overheating temperature and holding time on hot metal quality in short-smelting process were studied by means of thermal analysis, metallographic analysis, fracture analysis and mechanical property test. The results show that the relatively pure and high quality liquid iron can be obtained by changing the thermodynamic and kinetic conditions when the short-flow melting superheating temperature is between 1510 and 1540 ℃ and the holding time is 10 to 15min, so as to eliminate the genetic factors of the molten iron in the blast furnace to the maximum extent influences.
