目的:对内科病居护理人员的医护合作的态度进行调查以了解其态度,还要分析其是否有因医院规模和科室的不同而产生差别。方法:运用对样本分层并随机抽取的办法,以医护合作态度为问卷的题目,对宁波市一些一、二、三级医院的内科病护理人员进行了调查。结果:总的来说,对于医护合作的态度,护理人员还是比较认同的,总体的平均分数为(52.73±5.04)分,相对于医生来说,护理人员对医护合作的态度更加的端正和积极。因为在医生们的眼里,护理人员才是照顾患者的主体;医院的规模不同,医护人员的医护合作态度是没有太大差别的,而且,职位高的医护人员,其对待医护合作的态度会更加的端正,如医护主管对待医护合作的态度更是非常的积极。结论:研究结果体现出医护人员希望能够让这种比较好的合作关系能够继续维持下去。这样才能更好的提高医护人员工作时的满意程度,进而提供更高质量的服务。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the attitudes of health care co-operatives in medical institutions in order to understand their attitudes and to analyze whether they differ due to differences in hospital size and departments. Methods: By using the method of stratification of samples and random sampling, and taking the attitude of health care cooperation as a questionnaire, we conducted a survey of medical staff in some primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals in Ningbo. Results: In general, nursing staff still agree with the attitude of medical cooperation and the overall average score is (52.73 ± 5.04) points. Relative to the doctor, the nursing staff’s attitudes toward medical cooperation are more positive and positive . Because in the eyes of doctors, nurses are the main body to take care of patients; different sizes of hospitals, medical and health care cooperative attitude is not much difference, and high positions of health care workers, their attitude towards medical cooperation will be More correct, such as health care managers in the attitude of health care cooperation is even more positive. Conclusion: The results of the study show that medical and nursing staffs hope this kind of cooperative relationship can be maintained. Only in this way can better enhance the satisfaction of medical staff in their work, thus providing higher quality of service.
