治疗牙体病时,保存活髓极为重要。活髓牙的各方面优势,都是去髓牙不能相比的。保存牙髓的生理活性,符合生物学观点。有生物活性的牙髓,能形成继发性牙本质,抵挡龋蚀的破坏,保持牙体硬组织的厚度,借以保护牙髓。 盖髓材料在保存活髓的治疗过程中,是影响治疗成败的关键。骨形成蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)能够诱导修复性牙本质形成,为临床提供了新型的盖髓材料。把硫酸钙作为骨形成蛋白的载体,应用于活髓保存实验证明,此种盖髓材料既有良好的生物相容性,力学强度又好,能够与宿主紧密结合,诱导形成的骨样牙本质与牙本质基质组成完整的牙本质桥。现报告如下。
When treating dental disease, it is extremely important to preserve vital tissue. Vital life of all aspects of the advantages are not comparable to the pulp teeth. Preservation of dental pulp physiological activity, in line with biological point of view. Bioactive pulp can form secondary dentine, resist the destruction of caries, maintain the thickness of dental hard tissue, in order to protect the dental pulp. Capping material in the preservation of vital pulp in the course of treatment is the key to the success or failure of treatment. Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) can induce reparative dentin formation and provide a novel capping material for clinic. Calcium sulfate as a carrier of bone morphogenetic protein, used in living pulp preservation experiments show that this pulp material has both good biocompatibility, good mechanical strength, with the host can be closely bound to induce the formation of bone-like dentine A complete dentin bridge with dentin matrix.
