冰冻后,可以通过电导法与目测相结合的方法来定量测定苹果花芽的存活率。渗出液的明显增加常表示花芽冻害。此技术不仅能进行冻害的定量评定,而且能检测出两种植物间存在着的耐寒力的微小差异。苹果花芽由于其生理状态决定,很少被严冬低温所致死。但在花前短期内及花期和花后,稍低于冰冻的温度就能使花芽受到相当大的损伤,在这篇通讯中,我们想报导,通过电导技术来测定苹果花芽冻害的准确度。
After freezing, the viability of apple flower buds can be quantitatively determined by a combination of conductivity and visual inspection. A significant increase in exudate often indicates that flower buds freeze damage. This technique can not only quantitatively assess the frost damage, but also detect slight differences in the cold resistance between the two plants. Apple flower buds due to their physiological state, rarely cold-winter temperature caused by death. However, in the short term and before flowering and after flowering, flower buds can be considerably damaged by temperatures slightly below the freezing temperature. In this newsletter, we would like to report that the accuracy of flower bud frost damage was determined by conductivity techniques.
