教师激励性语言是指教师针对幼儿的言语及动作行为做出的能够进一步激发幼儿学习动机的言语回应。激励性语言能够激发幼儿的自信心及学习兴趣,幼儿园课堂中教师的激励性语言是随机产生的。本研究围绕“老师激励性语言对幼儿身心发展的影响”这一核心问题,对教师激励性语言的如何运用以及语言的表达形式等方面进行了分析。各种策略的激励性语言对幼儿身心发展也产生了不同的影响,本研究对此提出了建议。
Teacher’s motivational language refers to the verbal response made by teachers to young children’s motivation and language to further motivate young children’s learning motivation. Incentive language can stimulate young children’s self-confidence and interest in learning, kindergarten classroom motivational language is randomly generated. This study focuses on the core issue of “the impact of teacher’s motivational language on children’s physical and mental development”, analyzes how teachers’ motivational language is used and the form of language expression. Motivational languages of various strategies have also had different effects on the physical and mental development of young children, and this study put forward suggestions.
