本文基于实验应力分析,提出了我国锅炉制造业应大力推广采用孔排加强办法。文中对我国新制定的《水管锅炉受压元件强度计算标准》提出了一些看法。1.采用孔排加强办法,可以做到在不影响安全可靠性的前提条件下,使锅筒(集箱)壁厚有较大幅度的下降。同时可以达到充分发挥钢材效能并减少工艺量的目的。新标准既已采纳此法,就应广泛使用。2.对于用低碳钢,低锰碳钢制造的锅
Based on the experimental stress analysis, this paper puts forward that boilers in manufacturing industry in our country should promote the use of hole row method. In this paper, some new opinions on the calculation standard of the strength of pressure components in water tube boiler are put forward. 1. Adopt the method of hole row to strengthen, can do without affecting the safety and reliability of the premise, so that the drum (header) wall thickness has a more substantial decline.
