本文从行为研究和警察工作、犯罪学理论和警察工作以及警察对行为学研究的抵制等方面阐述了行为研究和犯罪学研究对警察管理所产生的影响;并通过古典理论、日常行为理论、社会学习理论、芝加哥学派等的举例,来说明行为研究和犯罪研究对完善警察管理所起的积极作用。 This article elaborates the impact of behavioral research and criminological research on police management from the aspects of behavior research and police work, criminology theory and police work, and the police’s resistance to behavioral research. Through the classical theory, daily behavior theory, Learning theory, the Chicago School, etc. to illustrate the positive role that behavioral research and crime research play in improving policing management.
