目的探讨完全性胸、腹腔内脏反位合并原发性肝癌行经皮微波消融(MWA)治疗的安全性及有效性。方法 2013年1月—2014年9月,对4例完全性内脏反位合并原发性肝癌行超声引导下经皮MWA治疗,在B型超声引导下,于左侧肋间进针,插入消融针至肿瘤体内,微波输出功率80~100 W,消融时间为2~5 min,完成手术。结果 4例手术均顺利,2例因肿瘤>3 cm,采用2根消融针行多点热消融。肿瘤均完全热消融,术中、术后患者生命体征平稳,无不适主诉。无近期并发症,无一例发生消融相关死亡,4例分别随访12、18、19、28个月,均存活。结论超声引导下经皮MWA治疗完全性内脏反位合并原发性肝癌安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous microwave ablation (MWA) in patients with complete thoracic and abdominal visceral translocation combined with primary liver cancer. Methods From January 2013 to September 2014, 4 cases of complete primary visceral anti-tumor combined with primary hepatocellular carcinoma underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous MWA treatment. Under the guidance of type B ultrasound, the left intercostal needle was inserted and ablated Needle to the tumor body, microwave output power 80 ~ 100 W, ablation time is 2 ~ 5 min, complete the operation. Results All the 4 cases were operated smoothly. Two cases had multi-point thermal ablation due to tumor> 3 cm and 2 ablation needle. Tumors were completely thermal ablation, intraoperative and postoperative patients with stable vital signs, no complaints of discomfort. No recent complications, no case of abortion-related deaths, 4 cases were followed up for 12,18,19,28 months, all survived. Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous MWA treatment of complete visceral anti-bit combined with primary liver cancer is safe and effective.
