利用极化曲线、循环伏安曲线和电化学阻抗谱等电化学方法,对块体黄铜(Cu70Zn30)在蒸馏水、生理盐水和模拟宫腔液中的电化学腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:黄铜在蒸馏水中的耐蚀性最好,在生理盐水中的耐蚀性最差;在蒸馏水中,黄铜表面开始腐蚀时会形成氧化物薄膜而引起一定程度的钝化;在生理盐水中,黄铜腐蚀速率最大且出现了脱锌腐蚀;在模拟宫腔液中,黄铜的腐蚀速率小于生理盐水中的腐蚀速率,但脱锌腐蚀的敏感度增大。
The electrochemical corrosion behavior of bulk brass (Cu70Zn30) in distilled water, saline and simulated uterine fluid was investigated by means of polarization curves, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that brass has the best corrosion resistance in distilled water and the worst corrosion resistance in normal saline. In distilled water, when the brass surface starts to corrode, an oxide film will be formed, which leads to a certain degree of passivation. In normal saline, the corrosion rate of brass was the largest and the dezincification corrosion appeared. In simulated uterine fluid, the corrosion rate of brass was less than that in normal saline, but the sensitivity of dezincification corrosion increased.
