如今90后员工已大批投入企业,渐渐成为企业的后起之秀。由于特定的经济、文化及生活环境,这些人带有明显的特征,但他们也存在团队意识薄弱,抗逆能力较差等特点。90后员工管理是一门科学,但更是一种艺术。本文针对知一财商90后员工所拥有的行为特征,提出了针对90后员工管理的有用措施,期待能为知一财商90后员工管理提供一些有用的措施。
Today, 90 employees have invested a large number of enterprises, and gradually become a rising star. Due to the specific economic, cultural and living environment, these people have obvious characteristics, but they also have the characteristics of weak team awareness and poor resilience. After 90 staff management is a science, but more is an art. In this paper, aiming at the behavior characteristics of employees after they have known themselves, this paper put forward some useful measures for the management of post-90s employees, and look forward to providing some useful measures for the management of staffs after they become known.
