通过测试一系列不同配比的CPE/红泥填充体系的流变性能,探讨了组分比、温度等对体系流动性的影响;表明该填充体系具有剪切变稀的非牛顿性质;体系的表观切粘度随填充红泥量的增加有不同程度的增大;温度升高,体系的表观切粘度下降,温度对体系流动性的影响随填充红泥量的增加而减少,随切变速率的增大而减少;在低切变速率条件下,红泥的粒度对体系的流动性有影响,当切变速率大于12s-1时,这种影响可以忽略。
By testing the rheological properties of a series of CPE / red clay filled systems with different proportions, the influence of component ratio and temperature on the fluidity of the system was discussed. It was shown that the filled system had shear-thinning non-Newtonian properties. Apparent shear viscosity increased with the increase of the amount of red mud in different degrees. With the increase of temperature, the apparent viscosity of the system decreased. The influence of temperature on the fluidity of the system decreased with the increase of the amount of red mud. The rate of red shear decreases, while the particle size of red mud has an influence on the fluidity of the system at low shear rate. When the shear rate is greater than 12s-1, this effect can be neglected.
