为了提高可移动式救生舱生命保障系统设计的时效与经济性,采用数值模拟方法研究舱内制冷净化一体机的数量和布置对舱内气流组织特性与舒适性的影响。以某型16人舱为例,基于有限体积法软件FLUENT建立救生舱内部空间三维模型,模拟分析单制冷净化一体机与双制冷净化一体机对角布置方式下舱内的速度场与温度场,并在此基础上对舱内舒适性进行评价。模拟结果表明:为满足16人舱内部气流组织与舒适性要求需采用双制冷净化一体机对角布置的方式。研究结果为救生舱内部设备的选择与布置提供一定依据。
In order to improve the timeliness and economy of the life-support system of mobile life-saving tank, the numerical simulation method is used to study the influence of the number and arrangement of air-cooling and purifying machines on the air-tissue characteristics and comfort of the cabin. Taking a 16-man cabin as an example, a three-dimensional model of the internal space of the rescue cabin was established based on the finite volume method software FLUENT to simulate and analyze the velocity field and the temperature field in the cabin under the diagonal arrangement of the single refrigeration and purifying integrated machine and the dual- And on this basis to evaluate the comfort of the cabin. The simulation results show that in order to meet the requirements of the airflow and comfort of the 16-man cabin, the dual-cooling and purifying machine needs to be arranged diagonally. The results provide some evidences for the selection and arrangement of the internal equipment of the rescue cabin.
