本文围绕高职院校数学教师的工作量、构成、能力、知识水平四个方面阐述了其现状。据此,从转变教育观念,加强师资队伍建设、推进教学改革等三个方面提出了改善现状的建议。
This article elaborates the status quo of four aspects of workload, composition, ability and knowledge of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges. Based on this, suggestions are put forward to improve the status quo from three aspects: changing education concept, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and promoting teaching reform.
