Glioma is one of the most common malignant tumors in intracranial tumors, accounting for 30% to 50% of intracranial tumors. Invasive growth of malignant tumors is a complex multi-step process. Tumor after a slow period of non-vascular growth, into the formation of the blood vessels, the tumor to be nutrition and growth, and therefore angiogenesis is the premise of solid tumor growth and invasion. Angiogenesis is particularly important for tumor growth and metastasis. Glioma is a kind of malignant tumor rich in blood vessels. The formation of blood vessels is conducive to tumor growth, invasion and metastasis.
