结合当前的学生就业现状,分析技师院校职业教育中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了作者的几点建议,希望能够为技师院校职业教育发展贡献一点力量。随着我国教育的发展,社会对于专业人才的需求量在不断增加,技师职业教育的发展迅速,为我国经济的发展培养了大量的专业技术人才,在市场需要的情况下,迅速填补了空缺。随着技师职业教育的发展规模的加大,学生人数的增多使得目前我国的技师院校职业教育在发展的过程中出现一定的问题,需要及时的进行改善 Combining with the current situation of student employment, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the vocational education of technician colleges and puts forward some suggestions for the existing problems in the hope of making a contribution to the development of vocational education in technician colleges.
