Considering people’s preference and patent protection for remanufactured products, a demand model based on the willingness to pay of different consumer groups is established to study the pricing decisions of new products and remanufactured products. The results show that: the proportion of low-carbon consumers and ordinary consumers to remanufacture The acceptability of the product affects both pricing decisions; regardless of the existence of patent protection, the proportion of low-carbon consumers has always affected the re-manufacturer’s pricing strategy, while the pricing strategy of the original manufacturer only when the average consumer acceptance of remanufactured products is low When the proportion of low-carbon consumers will affect its pricing strategy; in the patent protection, re-manufacturers tend to high prices strategy.
