合成了6种Brφnsted酸性离子液体,以其作为催化剂,用于水杨酸酯的合成中。实验结果表明,所选离子液体对水杨酸乙酯的合成都具有较高的催化活性,其中[HSO3-pmim][OTf]的催化效果最好。以[HSO3-pmim][OTf]为催化剂,考察酸醇物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度及离子液体的用量对酯化率的影响。最佳实验条件为:n(水杨酸):n(乙醇)=1:3,反应时间5h,反应温度100℃,离子液体催化剂用量5mmol。最后,以[HSO3-pmim][OTf]为催化剂,考察了不同醇与水杨酸的酯化反应。
Six Brφnsted acidic ionic liquids were synthesized and used as catalysts in the synthesis of salicylates. The experimental results show that the selected ionic liquids have high catalytic activity for the synthesis of ethyl salicylate, of which the catalytic effect of [HSO3-pmim] [OTf] is the best. [HSO3-pmim] [OTf] as a catalyst to examine the acid-alcohol ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and the amount of ionic liquid on the esterification rate. The best experimental conditions are: n (salicylic acid): n (ethanol) = 1: 3, reaction time 5h, reaction temperature 100 ℃, ionic liquid catalyst dosage 5mmol. Finally, [HSO3-pmim] [OTf] was used as a catalyst to investigate the esterification of different alcohols with salicylic acid.
