树木嫁接的成活受气侯条件的影响很大。春季枝接后遇干旱,或夏秋两季茅接后遇到下雨等情况,嫁接成活率有显著的下降。两年来,北京市林科所在嫁接中用塑料薄膜,效果很显著。1965年,用塑料薄膜包扎枝接苹果成活率达98%,杏100%,最难成活的核桃由于控制了伤口流液和采用塑料薄膜包扎成活率达75.9%。由于塑料薄膜能保持湿度,从而使砧木和接穗伤口处形成层长出癒合组织,使两者很快癒合。在用方块形芽接毛白杨时用塑料带绑缚成活率达95%以上;核桃成活率达85.7%
The survival of tree grafting is strongly influenced by climate conditions.
