目的为了解西安市市餐(饮)具集中消毒单位的卫生状况,采取措施,加强有效监管。方法以全市取得营业执照的餐(饮)具集中消毒单位为对象,采取座谈、查阅资料、现场查看,填写调查表,汇总统计分析的方法。结果西安市2012年餐(饮)具集中消毒单位的选址、布局、生产用水等方面的合格率与2011年相比有所提高,但无统计学意义。结论制定地方法规,采取有效制约手段,加大监督执法力;加强培训,提高经营者的卫生法律意识,规范企业经营行为,维护消费者的合法权益。
Objectives To understand the sanitary condition of centralized disinfection units in Xi’an city (drink), take measures to strengthen effective supervision. Methods Taking the city’s centralized drinking water disinfection unit with business license as the object, we adopted informal discussion, access to information, on-site inspection, completed questionnaires, and summarized the methods of statistical analysis. Results In 2012, the passing rate of catering, drinking water and drinking water disinfection units in Xi’an was increased compared with 2011, but it was not statistically significant. Conclusion The formulation of local laws and regulations, to take effective control measures, increase supervision and law enforcement; strengthen training to enhance the operator awareness of health law, regulate business practices and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
