铝美加ｐｏ１２５，５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ对大鼠乙酸烧灼型溃疡模型具有显著的治疗作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）；铝美加ｐｏ３１．３，１２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型及ｐｏ４３．８，１７５，７００ｍｇ／ｋｇ对小鼠利血平胃溃疡模型具有明显的预防作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
