实验室加速试验是飞机结构日历寿命评定的重要方法,编制加速环境谱则是开展加速试验的前提。现有的海军飞机加速环境谱主要有金属、涂层、复合材料三类,但是金属种类并未进一步细分。不同的金属腐蚀机理存在差异,应在试验的基础上针对飞机典型金属材料分别编制加速环境谱。以某海域海洋大气环境谱为基础,选取2A12、30CrMnSiA两种飞机常用材料为研究对象,给出了两种材料加速环境试验模块参数的确定方法及加速环境谱与服役环境的当量关系,编制了分别适合2A12、30CrMnSiA的典型海洋大气环境加速环境谱,并通过试验对环境谱的当量关系进行了验证。
Laboratory accelerated test is an important method for assessing calendar life of aircraft structure. Compiling accelerated environmental spectrum is the prerequisite for accelerating test. Existing Navy aircraft acceleration environment spectrum mainly metal, coating, composite materials, three categories, but the metal species did not further subdivided. Different mechanisms of metal corrosion exist differences, should be based on the experiment for the aircraft typical metal materials were prepared accelerated environment spectrum. Based on the marine atmospheric environment spectrum in a certain sea area, the commonly used materials of 2A12 and 30CrMnSiA were selected as the research object, and the methods to determine the parameters of two kinds of accelerated environment test modules and the equivalent relationship between the accelerated environment spectrum and the service environment were given. Respectively for 2A12, 30CrMnSiA typical marine atmospheric environment accelerated environmental spectrum, and tested by the equivalence of environmental spectra were verified.
