The impact of the performance of the health system on the outcomes of health services and the responsiveness of health systems has led many countries and international organizations to pay increasing attention to the performance evaluation of health systems and has resulted in the conceptual framework and indicator system of performance appraisal to monitor, evaluate and Manage health systems to ensure the effectiveness, fairness, efficiency and quality of health services.
