介绍了采用铸造工艺使片状碳化硅 ( Si C)及 Si C滤块和铸铁复合的过程。采用片状 Si C嵌入式铸铁闸瓦增大了高速运行时的摩擦因素 ,这种闸瓦适用于 1 40~1 5 0 km/h的行车速度。采用铸造工艺使 Si C滤块和铸铁闸瓦结合为一个整体则节约了生产时间。
The process of compounding SiC and SiC filter with cast iron by casting process is introduced. The use of sheet-like Si C embedded cast iron brake shoes increases friction during high-speed operation and is suitable for driving speeds of 140 to 150 km / h. The use of a casting process that combines the Si C filter with the cast iron brake shoe saves production time.
