In 1987, the author managed the hospital’s Hospital of the Public Hospital Authority of Paris. During his study, he focused on the management of all aspects of the Bureau. This article mainly provides a brief introduction on the following aspects: 1. Institutional setup. 2. Personnel The characteristics of management, the form of continuing education and the assessment methods and promotion conditions for all types of personnel. 3. Medical management, types of beds, facilities and conditions, and evaluation, promotion and application of new technologies. 4. Equipment management and large equipment ownership. 5. Financial income and expenditure and medical prices. 6. The logistical semi-social management forms and their advantages. 7. Hospital leadership and modern management tools.
