目的:探讨脑梗塞后癫痫发作患者脑电图(EEG)改变与临床关系。方法:对36例经CT/MR确诊为脑梗塞后癫痫发作患者EEG进行回顾性分析。结果:36例患者中,脑电图异常34例,异常率94.4%,脑电图改变以频率减慢,出现短至长程及持续性的慢波为主,22例(61.1%)患者出现电活动减弱或消失,15例(41.66%)出现尖波、尖慢波、棘波或棘慢波等痈样放电。结论:脑电图对脑梗塞后癫痫的发生和诊断及预后有一定临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between electroencephalogram (EEG) changes and clinical manifestations in patients with seizures after cerebral infarction. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 36 cases of epileptic seizures after CT / MR diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Results: Of the 36 patients, 34 cases were abnormal in EEG, the rate of abnormality was 94.4%. The change of EEG was mainly slow wave with short to long range and persistent, and 22 cases (61.1% Activities diminished or disappeared, 15 cases (41.66%) appeared sharp wave, sharp slow wave, spike wave or spike wave slow wave discharge. Conclusion: EEG has some clinical significance on the occurrence, diagnosis and prognosis of epilepsy after cerebral infarction.
